May 9 – 11, Bethlehem, NH. The Highland’s Inn is celebrating their 25th with a fabulous birthday bas! They hope that many of you will be able to join them for a weekend of fun with old and new friends. They couldn't have done it without you! There will be a catered dinner on Saturday night followed by champagne and dancing with a LIVE band, Rhode Island's popular all-female rock and roll cover band, "Truth or Dare." Their material includes a wide variety of upbeat classic and modern music, ranging from Nancy Sinatra to Nickelback, and they appear regularly at popular RI women's nightspots. June 6 – 8, Berwick, ME. 2nd Annual Family Pride Camping Weekend at Beaver Dam Campground. This is a kid friendly event and we are encouraging alternative families to join us for a fun filled weekend to include a hay ride, discounted boat rides, mini-golf, washer toss tournament, kids vs adult game, bonfire and more. June 7 and 8, 7 AM – 3 PM, New Hampton, NH. Lakes and Mountains Group yard sale. There will not be a potluck dinner, but the yard sale is for Saturday & Sunday so come either day or both days and sell your stuff! The rain date is June 14 & 15, hopefully we will not need a rain date. So please join us whether you have just one table or more! June 7, 12 PM, Northampton, MA New England Transgender Pride March and Rally will step off from Lampron Park/Bridge Street School and proceed to a rally in the Armory Street Lot behind Thornes Marketplace, which is where Northampton Pride is held each May. July 5 – 6, Durham, NH. New England Center to host Civil Union Weekend. , N.H. " Fourth of July weekend is a time to celebrate independence, and the New England Center Hotel and Conference Center is doing just that with a landmark event. Civil Union Weekend, highlighted by a grand ceremony featuring 20 same-sex couples, has been set for Saturday, July 5. In the wake of New Hampshire’s legalization of civil unions, which took effect on New Year’s Day, the New England Center Hotel & Conference Center is giving couples the opportunity to take advantage of a unique, benefit-laden package. Aug. 3 - 10, Slovenia. Women's 8 day Tour to Slovenia with Bold Paths Adventure Travel. Bonna has been leading kayak trips for 8 years, and has now developed a business to get us to great places. We are working with a fantastic touring company in Slovenia, at the heart of Europe (just north of Croatia, south of Austria, east of Italy) in the Julian Alps. Aug. 9 - 15, Ferry Beach, ME. In The Company of Women, at the Unitarian Universalist Camp and Conference Center, Ferry Beach, ME. Accommodations options are Dorms or bring your own Tent or Trailer/Motor Home. The food options are full meals or no meals or lunch only if you are camping. Prices for the week range from $676 for the dorm and full meals to $395 for camping and no meals. Ferry Beach is located right on the Atlantic Ocean with lots of beach. Morning programs are Women Loving Women, Shamanic Journey, Soul Conversations with Women Over 50, Scared Circle Dance, Using the Imagination to Create Yoga, Writing on the Sand, Discovering the Super Shero in You and Tell me a story. Sept. 26 – 28, Ogunquit, ME. We are taking reservations for the Second Annual Ogunquit Women's Weekend!! We'll be staying at The Admiral's Inn again, where the pool is heated, bar on site, jacuzzi and a fire pit! We're bringing the appetizers and comedy show back on Friday night with the very funny Christine O'Leary. Breakfast at Amore on either Sat or Sun.
