12/29/2003 MAGUIRE, SHARON - At the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, December 27, 2003 following a courageous struggle with lung disease, Sharon Maguire, age 57, wife of Gary W. Maguire. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Murray and Margaret (Smith) Keating. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters: Joanne and her husband Michael Bissett of Saint John, Sherrie and her husband Charlie Bezeau of Saint John; two grandchildren: Courtney and Matthew Bissett; three brothers: John (Carolyn) Keating of Saint John, Brian (Jeanette) Keating of Saint John and Steven (Rosemary) Keating of Halifax. Sharon was a wonderful woman whose warmth touched everyone ever blessed enough to know her. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who gave her love unconditionally to family and friends. A modest and humble woman, she was always behind the scenes, never wanting to be in the spotlight. Sharon enjoyed life and was a consummate lady to all who knew her. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten by family and friends. Resting at CASTLE "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John West (634-1701). Funeral Service will be held 1 pm Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at St. Mark's United Church, Dexter Drive, Saint John West. Visitation at "Fallsview" on Monday, December 29, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Following the service, a reception will be held at St. Mark's Church Hall.
